近期演出的《东寻记》中，囊括了上海话剧艺术中心、英国越界剧团、法国“边缘剧团”、瑞典埃克森剧团和印度卡拉卡丹巴艺术中心的多位艺术家，剧中有英语、瑞典语和中文。有趣的是，瑞典语没有字幕，英语有中文字幕，而剧中中国男演员结结巴巴的英语引发了观众的笑声。
“东寻”，是英国导演Michael walling的“东寻”，在这个国际化的团队中，“我们使用不同的语言。前期的很多实验都是围绕语言进行的――其中一些转变成了这出剧中的某些场景”。导演如是说。于是，观众看到，来自中国贫困地区的Sammy和主演《茉莉小姐》的瑞典女演员Haja笨拙地讲着英语，有限的词汇量使他每每误解了对方的意思，而他如此渴望沟通，甚至把至亲的妹妹抛在脑后，妹妹生了女儿他还不知情，襁褓中的婴儿被丈夫抛弃，妹妹因此离开丈夫投奔大城市里生活的他。
由于Sammy的英语远远不能表达自己的意图，而他的表达亦不是Maja想要了解的。当他无意中唱起了京剧，并且是《霸王别姬》，并且是以男旦的身份表演虞姬，交流似乎在一瞬间完成了。Haja的兴奋难以自抑，因为这才是她要找她要看的中国，她的“东寻”不是国际化的标签星巴克，而是神秘古国的标签京剧，京剧反串。
不仅如此，Sammy还因索要钱财遭到剧中另一男主角Julian Lucas的拳脚相加。“东寻”到了东方后，“她”和“他”之间似乎是越来越模糊，剧中未登场的自杀女孩在中国爱上了一位越剧女小生，或许导演对中国戏剧的性别表演兴趣浓厚，“东寻”到了性别倒错?
剧中，瑞典的男演员，《茱莉小姐》中男仆的扮演者，现实中Haja的情人也讲了一段中文，但这段中文是讲给台下观众听的，台上没有交流对象。而印度人“理所当然”地讲英语。
Sammy的英语是笨拙的，他想要和老外交流的勇气和愿望远大于他的能力。倘若追问一句，他为何这么急迫地想搭讪金发碧眼的外国人?他想“国际化”的目的又是什么呢?
在同样由国际化的团队排演的《暴风雨》中，中国演员的英语流畅且声情并茂，仿佛时光倒流，回到了话剧传入中国之初全面接受西方教育的学生演剧时代。此番的《暴风雨》融合了上海话剧艺术中心、意大利导演领衔、活跃在哥本哈根的子午线剧团、丹麦的芭笛塔剧团和上海杂技团，在莎士比亚的剧作框架下，几个剧团“自行其是”，杂技团的绸吊、魔术和顶技赢得阵阵掌声，芭笛塔剧团儿童剧风格的音乐表演则带来欢声笑语。
《暴风雨》如同即将结束的世博会，各国的展馆有各国的精彩，世博会是展示精彩的平台。杂技、音乐滑稽表演、莎剧，多层次的演出空间处理，各有各的精彩，莎士比亚和英语则是展示精彩的平台。英语就是这次演出的“巴别塔”，所有演员只能、必须讲英语，共同打造嘉年华式的《暴风雨》。
到上海“东寻”，在丹麦排练的《暴风雨》也在“西觅”。
身体语言是否不分国别呢?是否最国际化呢?香港的实验团体进念・二十面体近十年来一直和国内的昆曲演员合作，此次上海国际艺术节带来了《夜奔》。
昆曲的身段被抽离了，或配合以莎士比亚时代的阉人女高音的歌唱，或与节奏不断加快的铁轨撞击声相合，分解后的锣鼓经杂糅其他音乐，昆曲身段成了一种现代舞。
中国身段与西方音乐相碰撞的同时，《夜奔》的投影上出现了中英文对照的字幕。有时，中文与英译吻合，有时，中文与英译有些微的差别，但最为醒目的，是中文的发问往往以第三人称“他”，而英语用的则是第一人称“我”。比如，宇幕上出现“他是不是不够积极”、“他会不会有些软弱”，英语中的“他”全是“I”。对观众而言，“他”是夜奔的林冲?“我”是夜奔的林冲?“他”和“我”都是林冲?“他”夜奔了，“我”呢?抑或是“我”夜奔了，“他”呢?
“他”和“我”，在中英文间分裂了。
导演荣念曾谈到，他未满二十岁到美国留学，对故国文化的许多了解来自英语的阅读――在“他”中读到了“我”?那么，“我”也成了“他”?
这是文字游戏，这又是文化体验。国际化往往等同于西方化，国人对西方的态度一百年前是“恨嫉妒羡慕”，也经历过“羡慕嫉妒恨”，“国际”对中国也许刚好颠倒一下顺序。《东寻记》中的Sammy讲英语时，他是“东寻”的西方导演眼中的“他者”；《暴风雨》中的中国演员讲英语时，距离大不列颠日不落帝国借助莎士比亚推行英语和殖民主义已经过去了几个世纪，对于中国演员，莎剧是否依然是“他者”?《夜奔》运用昆曲完成了实验，运用昆曲的是“我”还是“他”?如若是“我”，何来实验?“我”或许还是“我”，但“我”已学会用“他者”的目光看“我”。
谁说语言不是权利?谁说语言的使用不代表权利的运作?频繁在中国舞台上出现的英语或许提醒着：“我”就是“他者”，为此骄傲，为此痛苦，为此笨拙和流畅，为此不知所措，为此自卑和自大，为此不甘寂寞和洋洋自得。如若已然是自觉的他者，那么，他者的自觉又是什么?

一、鼓励学生增强自信勇于说英语
鼓励学生增强自信勇于说英语，教师要从以下几方面做好学生想开口说英语的准备工作：一是培养学生兴趣，俗话说：“兴趣是最好的老师”。培养学生学英语的兴趣不仅能充分调动学生参与说英语的积极性，而且有利于提高学生的英语口语水平。在英语教学中，激发学生的学习动机、鼓励学生积极参与课堂活动尤其是参与说的应用能力培养是教师提高学生口语水平的发动机。二是要帮助学生克服害羞自卑心理，大胆开口讲英语。分析学生害羞心理，我们认为一方面是学生的性格内向，不喜欢交流；另一面方面学生以为自己英语水平太差，缺少信心，不敢在公众面前开口。要帮助学生克服克服这种心理障碍：一是教师要多站在学生的角度，适当掩盖自己流利的口语、优秀的英语水平；二是只要学生开口就要给予鼓励，表示赞赏，不要一一纠错；三是帮助学生储备一定的词汇和英语知识。
二、帮助学生找到途径提高英语口语
1、背诵经典范文训练法。背诵经典范文能增强学英语的语感，因为缺乏英语语言环境，学生练习口语的条件受到一定的限制。老师若要求学生适当背诵一些英语经典，对学生的英语口语提高会起到潜移默化的作用，背熟的东西在需要用的时候就会脱口而出。背的东西越多，积累的也就越多。这些东西无形之中就会融会贯通，会背的句子稍加改变，就变成了一个新句子。可以这样说，会背诵的内容越多，口语就会越流利。背诵能帮助学生培养记忆能力，对提高英语口语更有好处的；同时背诵也能培养学生的理解能力，古人云“书读百遍，其意自见”。背诵有助于学生知识的积累和输出，这些背诵的经典一旦存进了学生大脑的“记忆仓库”，就可随时取来一用。
2、创设情景对话训练法。创设情景对话可以帮助学生通过实境练习加深对英语学习内容的了解，学会正确得体的交际。创设情景对话对学生来说可以同时从听、触、视觉中获得信息，是一种独立自主、探究性的学习的培养。在表演自己创设情景对话时，学生很容易灵活运用特别是创造性地应用。
3、复述故事训练法。提高英语口语，复述是一种很好的自我训练的方法。复述一是就阅读文章进行复述，特点是用自己的语言采用“自言自语”的方式来表达，也可以边复述边录音，复述完后自己听录音，觉得不好又看一下文章再复述；二是专门选择有故事情节，有时间顺序或有逻辑顺序的文章进行朗读后的复述，这样的复述有一定规律，容易抓住重点从而保证复述的质量；三是是听磁带或看电影后复述，更能培养学生说地道英语的能力。复述不仅能培养学生的注意力、观察力和记忆力，还能培养学生掌握知识、运用知识的能力。
4、图片联想讲述训练法。图片联想即看图说话或讲故事，可利用一些图片或照片，单张、系列均可，其内容适合自己的年龄、学习兴趣及英语水平，根据图片来描述或讲故事。其涉及面可以是很广的生活的各个方面：如衣、食、住、行、运动、购物等。图片联想法可以锻炼自我联词、造句的能力，培养丰富的想象能力，长期坚持效果好。

6、英语值日报告训练法。为了增加每个学生练习口语的机会，英语课堂上教师可以让学生轮流进行每日的值日报告，用英语汇报每日的学生出勤情况及天气情况，讲一些生活中发生的事情或者介绍自己的家乡、宣传自己的家乡等等，给每个学生提供锻炼胆量，练习台上发言的机会，提高学生英语应用的水平。
7、英语演讲训练法。英语演讲训练法是英语教学中提高英语口语比较费时但收效很好的办法。一是因为学生上台演讲之前要精心准备写好演讲稿，要查很多的资料，要看很多风格的演讲；二是写好的演讲稿要多次练习，要多次请其它同学看和听，并提出修改意见。整个准备过程学生都会精益求精，要做很多遍练习。英语演讲的练习是多方面的，如与观众眼神的交流，演讲句子的音调和节奏，站姿甚至是着装。把演讲作为训练学生口语的手段在教学中多使用几次，就会大大提高学生现场的表达能力，词汇运用能力和学生表现能力。
8、英语活动角训练法。英语活动角是学生自己成立的学英语、提高英语口语的一条有效途径。英语角为想提高英语口语水平的同学提供了良好的英语沟通环境，学生相互交流学习的机会。在英语角，学生可以轻松地用英语畅所欲言，长时间地自由交流，能有效地解决课堂内口语练习时间不够的问题。

课程整合是基础教育改革的重要内容之一。可见，国家在政策层面不断提高对基础教育阶段课程整合的重视度。不少中小学校也在实践层面进行了一定的尝试和探索，但这种探索主要集中在学科内的课程整合，学科间的课程整合、跨学科课程开发则少有涉猎。笔者以为原因有三：学校层面，跨学科课程开发动因不足；教师层面，跨学科课程开发动力与能力欠缺；学生层面，跨学科探究的动因不足。因此，在现有教育评价体制下，探索既有利于学生学习能力提升，又有利于教师专业成长，更有利于学校发展的跨学科课程建设，无疑是新课程改革穿越深水区的关键。
选择语文・英语融合性课程进行跨学科课程试验，好处有三：首先，语文、英语是基础教育阶段三门最重要的学科（语数外）之二，占了大半壁江山，教学地位空前重要，不论是学校、学生，还是家长、社会，都会鼎力支持。这也是当下基础教育的现实需要。其次，语文、英语都是语言类学科，其工具性、人文性特点是相似的，便于相通相融。最后，师资基础好。目前中小学师资呈年轻化、高学历化态势。一方面，绝大部分语文教师都有英语四级学习背景，一些年轻的教师还具有英语六级、八级水平；另一方面，汉语作为母语，不少英语教师的中文表达能力也很强，能够开发出较高水平的融合型课程，也具有很强的实施能力。这是一个很好的切入点。
一、语文・英语融合性课程的开发
1.国家课程的校本化开发与创造性实施
对国家课程的二次开发，是新课程改革的必然选择，也是目前各地教育主管部门着力推进的重要工作，这给语文、英语融合性跨学科课程开发，提供了很大的行政支撑与实施空间。为此，我们要求语文、英语学科教师，在正常课堂教学过程中，尽量从语言思维方式与文化底蕴方面向对方渗透与延展。语文学科可以选择教材中英美国家文学作品选文教学为突破口，进行英语文化渗透（见图1）。如，高中语文教材中的美国黑人民权运动领袖马丁・路德・金的著名演讲作品《我有一个梦》（I Have a Dream）教学。首先，教师在要求学生诵读中文译本的同时，也诵读英语原文，感悟其中的英语文化内涵；然后，从演讲中所使用的简短、有力的语言表达方式，了解、感受英语的思维方式；最后，教师从这篇作品所倡导的民主、自由、公平、正义等观念引导学生了解世界人民共同的文明追求。同样，英语老师也不再局限于英语语言知识与技能的培养，更多地关注课文的文学性，引导学生较好地掌握英语语法知识与语言技能的同时，逐步掌握就某一深度话题进行智性讨论的技巧，学习写出较强感染力的英语作品。
2.阅读课程的实施
（1）中英文比较课程
不同的译本一方面反映了译者对原作者的理解程度，同时也不可避免地体现译者的文风。通过不同译本的比较，学生在字词选择差异的比较中感悟语言表达的细微差别。如针对海明威的《老人与海》小说开头的译文，可感受黄源深译本、吴劳译本以及张爱玲译本等不同译本的语言风格差异，深度认识中英文语言表达方式的异同，同时加深对文学作品及译者的深度理解。
（2）中英文r文时事阅读与互译课程
课程内容关注新闻热点、社会热点，一方面，符合青年学生心理特点，满足学生的新鲜感和好奇心，激发他们阅读学习的积极性；另一方面，引导学生关注生活、关注社会，加深学生对阅读课程的理解，提升他们解决实际问题的能力。比如，美国奥巴马总统在北京大学的演讲一经播出，我们马上开展多元化的阅读活动，激发学生学习兴趣，引导学生关注社会发展新动向。课程选取学生最感兴趣的话题、采用学生喜闻乐见的方式、营造最逼真的生活情境，提高学生语言学习的有效性。
（3）译文赏析类课程
让学生从英语经典作品的优秀译文赏析中，感受英语表达方式与思维方式的特点。如《哈利波特经典段落赏析》课程，教师可引导学生对原作和译作反复阅读。首先，宏观分析，体味译作是否符合原作的意图，内容、形式是否达到和谐统一，原作的意境、神韵是否得到再现。然后，逐词、逐句、逐行、逐段对照阅读，进行微观赏析，多角度、多层次细细品味译作韵味。另外，现代经典英语文学作品的语言表达风格体现了现代英语的发展变化特点，增加了这个时代的新鲜元素，对青少年更具吸引力。
3.文创课程
跨学科课程要通过各种方式增加学生的体验性学习与实践性学习。为此，我们开发了经典演讲作品中英文对照演说课程、英语演讲与辩论课程、课本剧表演课程、经典影视桥段模仿课程、中英文文艺创作课程等。通过诗歌朗诵、演讲比赛、校园广播、经典桥段配音与模仿、话剧实验等表演活动，让学生在表演中感悟、体验文化的魅力。通过中英文写作竞赛、微视频制作、毕业典礼汇演、元旦晚会等活动，给学生搭建更多自我表现的平台，激发学生创新潜能，提升创新能力。
二、语文・英语融合性课程的创造性实施
⒈创设具有鲜明特色的学习环境，改变学生学习方式
（1）浅阅读学习区
阅读角：给每个班级配备微型书柜及专用阅读区（部分班级配备自主阅读学习区）。
漂流书屋：在校园内设置若干个流动阅读书屋，方便学生随时、随地、随机阅读。书籍由学生捐助、推荐。
阅读广场：校园内，在学生主要课外活动场所，设立自助电子阅读设备，为师生提供先进、快捷的网络阅读环境。
（2）深度研学区
多媒体视听室：供学生进行语音听力训练及影视欣赏用。
多功能语言教室：多功能语言模拟实训室兼容电脑教学、语言实验实训、多媒体制作和英语模拟实训“四合一”功能室，能够为学生提供仿真情境实训环境，使他们在模拟环境中提高语言应用能力。
深度阅读研学室：供学生开展主题性阅读、资料查阅、师生共读、主题阅读社团活动。
电子阅览室：建立课程基地专题网站，便于师生、家长、校外教育支持性人员线上阅读及互动交流。
（3）文创表演区

（2）自主融合性学习
通过午间阅读、课余随机（随性）自主阅读、学术性研读等课外自主阅读学习活动，拓展学生的视野。
（3）情境融合性学习
语言的学习需要情境的创设。我们通过模拟情境的设置，增加学生的语言环境体验。而且，根据跨学科学习的需要，所有跨学科学习活动课都可以安排相应社会实践内容，让学生走进农村、农田，走进工厂、社区、街道，感悟与体验。
三、课程基地创建愿景
⒈积极探索下阶段基础教育课程改革新路
语文・英语融通性课程的开发与实施，为多学科联合教学、融合性教学课程建设进行有益的经验尝试。首先，承担跨学科课程研发的教师，要认真研读融合对象学科的教材，大体了解其学科知识框架、学科核心素养要求，通过和融合对象学科教师的不断交流，理解其学科独特的思维方式，找出共同点与相似点，构建跨学科融合性课程体系框架。然后，相互协调，寻找相关学科知识体系与思维方式之间的对接点、渗透点，选择课程素材，编写教材。
⒉培养良好的综合性学习素养
首先，跨学科课程有利于学生科学思维方式的形成。当学生面对生产与生活实际问题时，学生不再局限于单一学科视角审视，而是从多视角，运用多学科知识综合性分析，拓展学生思维的广度与深度。其次，为增加学生对课程的体验和感知。不仅在校园内给学生创造情境性学习环境，还让学生在真实的自然、社会情境中感受课程知识内涵、享受学习的快乐。最后，跨学科n程中，人文性教育比例大幅增加，重视培养有知识、有技能、有情趣、懂生活的高素质人，为他们的终身发展奠定更加健康扎实的基础。
3.建设促进学生阅读学习的互动平台
现代多媒体教学技术，一方面，为师生互动、生生互动、家校互动、学校与社会的互动，提供了更多的机会与可能，另一方面，为那些性格腼腆的孩子提供了更多的参与协作学习、表达自我的机会。而且，我们在开发学生网上在线自主学习系统时，加入了游戏元素，增加了学生学习的趣味性，促进学生主动学习、自主学习、快乐学习。
4.探索因材施教的实现方式
在课程难度设计上，我们构建基础、拓展、学术层级课程体系。在课程内容设计上，我们构建了阅读、对话、视听、表演、文艺创作等多样化课程，尊重学生个体特点与差异性，为不同潜质、不同水平的学生提供多层次的选择和帮助，促进学生全面而有个性的发展。既实现了分层教学，又尊重了学生的兴趣特长，比较好地实现了因材施教的愿景。
5.项目驱动，形成教师成长共同体

长期以来，不同领域的专家学者对思辨能力的内涵和特征进行界定，设计思辨能力量具。文秋芳等在借鉴“特尔斐”项目组的双维模型、Paul和Elder的三元模型和林崇德的三菱模型的基础上，提出了思辨能力层级模型。该模型包括元思辨能力和思辨能力两个层次。前者是对自己的思辨计划、检查、调整与评估的技能；后者包括与认知有关的技能和标准，以及与思辨品质有关的人格特质（见表1）。笔者认为，相对于以前其他理论模型，该层级模型对思辨能力的阐释更全面具体，在教学实践中更易于操作。英语演讲不仅是一项实用技能，更是培养英语综合语言能力和促进思维能力发展的有效途径。英语演讲不仅考查演讲者的分析、推理、评价等技能，思辨能力中认知水平的评价标准（精晰性、相关性、逻辑性、深刻性、灵活性）正好也适用于评价演讲成功与否，而思辨能力中的情感因素（好奇、开放、自信、正直、坚毅）更是一个优秀演讲者在讲稿准备和演讲过程中必不可缺的要素。
二、《英语演讲》课程设计与讨论
《英语演讲》是一门集口语、写作、阅读和听力基本技能为一体、以培养学生语言交际综合能力为目标的教学改革新课型。思辨能力训练应当成为《英语演讲》课程中不可忽视的教学环节，培养学生在进行英语演讲和辩论时形成思辨习惯更是该课程的教学目的之一。下面，笔者将依据文秋芳的思辨层级模型，详细介绍《英语演讲》课程教学设计并加以讨论。1.课程设计《英语演讲》课程在第三学期为英语专业学生开设，授课18周，每周2学时，总计36学时。授课采取老师讲解为辅、学生操练为主的方式。具体内容见表2。2.讨论从上表可以看出，文秋芳的思辨能力层级模型中两层级各项指标均纳入到英语演讲理论讲解和实践操练环节中，现做如下讨论。第一，把“思辨能力”作为本课程的显性教学目标之一，有助于提高学生元思辨能力。通过举办思辨能力与英语学习主题讲座，帮助学生明确语言知识与思辨能力之间内在关系。一方面，一定程度上的语言知识掌握和运用能够促进思辨能力的发展；另一方面，思辨能力有助于人们运用分析、推理、评价等认知技能，来充分运用语言知识、有效组织语言材料，以促进人际交际、信息传递和思想表达。英语演讲不仅展现学生语音、词汇、语法、语篇、语感等基本语言能力，还包括社会文化知识、思辨能力、语用交际策略能力、人文素养以及心理认知等多方面的能力。一旦学生明确的英语演讲是与逻辑思维密切相关的表达活动，他们将会有意识地计划、检查、调整与评估自身的英语演讲技能和思辨能力，以达到提高英语演讲能力和思辨能力的教学目标。第二，注重分析、推理、评价能力训练和对认知标准的把握，发挥学生的主体意识。无论是在理论讲解部分还是实践操练环节，老师结合名人经典演讲、英语电影中的演讲片段、国内外演讲比赛佳作以及学生的值日演讲和即席演讲案例，按照清晰性、相关性、逻辑性、深刻性、灵活性等标准，从素材收集、选题确定、观点呈现、论证手段、结构层次、语言表达、演讲呈现等方面进行分析评价。比如，在分析《葛底斯堡演说》和《我有一个梦》等经典演讲作品时，老师从演讲者所处时代背景入手，帮助学生分析演讲稿的结构、语言、逻辑以及每个论点的论证，以及演讲者非语言技巧的运用，启发学生的思维逻辑与构想能力。对于大多数演讲作品，老师注重激励学生的主观能动性，采取小组讨论等形式，综合分析、提炼，从开篇布局、观点呈现、例证的引入以及从各种错综复杂的关系中理清演讲者的思路，学习演讲者如何有逻辑性地、严谨地组织自己的思想和想法，从而在自己的演讲稿撰写和组织中有意识地注意框架的搭建和论证逻辑的严密性。同时，在英语演讲理论讲解和案例分析评价基础上，给学生提供大量有关英语演讲的网站、书籍，给予学生更多的操练时间和空间，以达到锻炼英语演讲技能、培养思辨能力的目的。第三，师生公共参与，营造良好的课堂环境，鼓励学生质疑和提问。从文秋芳的思辨能力层级理论模型不难看出，思辨能力可以通过情感特质表现出来。思辨能力强的演讲者往往具有好奇、开放、自信、正直、坚毅等人格特质，因此，英语演讲课的培养目标之一是使学生养成这些特质。老师要更新教学理念，打破“一元权威”式课堂教学形式，走下讲台，多与学生积极互动交流，鼓励学生提问和质疑，培养学生的积极情感素质，激发他们的思辨能力。《英语演讲》是一门实践性很强的技能型课程，学生需要大量的练习机会，但这并不意味着老师游离于学生练习之外。师生共同参与有助于树立教师的示范作用，建立平等、理解、和谐的师生关系。在相互沟通、相互影响、相互补充，实现共享、共进的过程中，教师显示出的好奇、开放、自信、正直、坚毅等情感特质对于培养学生积极的情感特质作用巨大。

应用本科院校以培养应用型人才为发展定位，传统的理论型教学模式面临新的改革，经典英语演讲模仿、比赛，就是众多路径之一，而教学准备过程中要对演讲的历史背景、精神实质、逻辑脉络、情感起伏等进行探讨和分析。本文以《我有一个梦想》为例，加以探讨。
一、经典演讲《我有一个梦想》历史背景与精神实质
《我有一个梦想》（I have a dream）是马丁・路德・金组织了美国历史上影响深远的“自由进军”运动，并于1963年8月28日在华盛顿林肯纪念堂发表的著名演讲，为反对种族歧视、争取平等发出呼号。演讲发生的历史背景是：1774年，美国《独立宣言》赋予每个国民以平等的权力。1864年南北战争以北方获得胜利而告终，《解放宣言》通过了，奴隶终于获得了自由。但这都是理论上的胜利。美国的黑人一直在为平等权力而奋斗。在20世纪50年代，当马丁・路德・金接掌黑人民权运动的领导权时，大多数黑人仍处于贫穷和低教育状态。每一次进展都受到阻碍。但在金的领导下取得了巨大的进步。最终，成千上万的普通黑人进入了中产阶级，获得了医生、律师、银行家、经理和其他职位。据估计到2000年，每三个美国人中就有一个是非白人──这包括亚洲人、西班牙裔人和黑人──凭着毅力、教育和更大的推动，马丁・路德・金的伟大梦想正在逐步地变为现实。2013年，美国总统奥巴马站在马丁・路德・金当年发表《我有一个梦》演讲的华盛顿林肯纪念堂前的台阶上讲话，以此纪念该演讲发表50周年。美国首位黑人总统奥巴马将会在讲话中谈论“为工作和自由向华盛顿进军”大游行以来的半个世纪美国发生的变化，那次大游行以亚特兰大牧师、民权运动标志人物马丁・路德・金的演讲达到高潮。
经典演讲《我有一个梦想》精神实质就是“非暴力反抗”运动，即“一种公开的、非暴力的，既是按照良心的、又是政治性的违反法律的行为，其目的通常是为了使政府的法律或政策发生一种改变。通过这种方式的行动，一个人诉诸共同体多数人的正义感，宣称按照他们经过深思熟虑的观点，自由和平等的人们之间的社会合作原则此刻没有受到尊重。”
二、经典演讲内容与情感把握
（一）整体感知讲讲逻辑脉络
第一部分（1-6）指出此次游行的要求及要求的合理性。为什么会有这样的梦想？对此他的感受又如何？ 面对“黑人还没有得到自由”这一悲惨的事实，对此马丁・路德・金心情非常悲愤，并提出如果不能兑现“人人生而平等”的诺言的后果：
1.本次游行原因：黑人境遇依然凄惨，处于苦难最底层（1-2）。
2.游行目的之一：兑现《解放黑奴宣言》的诺言（3-4）。
3.游行目的之二：提醒政府，现在正是实现诺言的时候（5）。
4.不兑现诺言的后果：黑人不满会撼动美国的根基（6）。
第二部分（7-16）陈述为实现其要求所使用的斗争策略。本部分着重阐释怎样才能实现梦想？ 有坚定的信念（“要求兑现诺言”“时间的紧迫性”“黑人的决心”）和正确的方法（采取“非暴力抵抗”的方式）：
1.斗争的策略：采取非暴力手段，相信大多数白人（7-8）。
2.斗争的目标：黑人获得自由，争得正义的权利（9-14）。
3.斗争的信念：坚持下去，正义终会实现（15-16）。
第三部分（17-32）表达作者心中执著追求的理想以及为了实现理想所具有的决心与信念。首先把正义和公正还给黑人，将来能实现人人生而平等，最终不论种族，不论，都能达到自由的境界：
1.提出梦想口号（17）。
2.历数梦想内容（18-25）。
3.强调梦想就是信念（26-27）。
4.展望胜利到来的情形（28-32）。
（二）体会演讲情绪的转变
1.演讲从“悲愤”心情开始
演讲如何表现出悲愤的心情？主要从第二段。“悲惨”“骇人听闻（让人震惊）”指的是同一种状况“一百年后的今天，黑人还没有得到自由”。把找到的这些词重读，可以使演讲听起来音调高低起伏、抑扬顿挫，加深听众对所讲内容的印象，从而收到良好的演讲效果。 “镣铐”、“枷锁”、“压榨”、“蜷缩”等词，形容美国社会根本没有黑人的立锥之地和生存状态。“充裕”“贫困”“故土家园”“流亡者”，这组词形成的鲜明的对比，写出在黑人没有地位，不被尊重。我们一起来演讲文章的第二段。
2.演讲表明了黑人争取人权的坚定决心和信念。
我们一起来演讲课文的第5、6段，什么地方能表现出黑人坚定的决心？ 第5段，可以用偏快的语速来强调时间的紧迫性。五个排比句式，“现在是……的时候”，能增强语言气势，每一次的语调比前一次有所抬升。 第6段，四个假设关系的复句，都是反向的假设，正句都不随假设的变化而变化。一系列的否定词，可以轻声重读，以表现黑人坚定的决心。
3.演讲表明对未来人人生而平等的憧憬与描绘和深切渴望。
（1）教师示范演讲第19-25段。 这是对未来人人生而平等的憧憬与描绘，声音轻柔，语气舒缓。特别是“幽谷上升，高山下降，坎坷曲折之路成坦途，圣光披露，满照人间”一句，描绘的一幅带有宗教色彩的，令人向往的图画，仿佛在大家眼前徐徐展开。
（2）第28-32段。文中大量运用了排比句，形成排山倒海的气势，让聚集在林肯纪念堂前的黑人感到震撼，倍受鼓舞。至今读来，仍能感受到马丁・路德・金澎湃的激情，犹如黄河之水，奔流到海不复回。最后一部分是全文的高潮。作者连用六个“我梦想有一天”，以诗一样的语言和酣畅淋漓的排比句式，正面表达了对自由和平等的渴望，抒发了他作为一个黑人内心最热烈的梦想。他呼吁种族平等，人格尊严和兄弟般的情谊能早日到来！他呼吁自由与平等在美国的各个角落都能得到实现！这几段文字情感充沛，文采斐然，犹如长江大河，一泻千里，不可阻挡，具有极强的感染力。
总之，对于《我有一个梦想》经典演讲的模仿，从宏观背景、精神实质要加以理解和把握。从而在情感上，注重从黑人悲惨命运的悲愤、对悲惨命运改变的坚定信念到对未来社会美好的憧憬，最后在轻重音、快慢节奏等技巧上，进行熟稔于心的训练，才能做到模仿的惟妙惟肖。

目的：确定中医院校硕士研究生英语的教学内容和听说读写译五种能力（或称五会）的要求、发掘高效率的教学方法。方法：用调查问卷和深度访谈的方法考察确定中医院校硕士研究生英语的教学内容和五种能力的要求，基于我校的教学经验提出并分析了包括我校开发的中医院校硕士研究生医学英语教学的一些方法。结论：医疗硕士研究生英语应讲授中医英语基础、西医英语基础、临床与科研英语。西医以人体解剖系统为板块、词素为中心，中医以内容为板块、单词为中心的教学可使医学英语的学习变得容易；思维导图、角色扮演和学生讲座三种教学法能提高学习效果，尤其能提高写与说之输出能力。

1.一般资料和方法
用半开放式调查问卷和深度访谈的方法考察了中医院校硕士研究生英语应该教授的内容。首先通过开放式问卷和深度访谈探讨了医学英语五种能力的体现方式，而后通过封闭式调查问卷量化了五种能力的水平要求。受调查对象是有两年以上临床经验的医生，发出问卷30份，成功收回28分。五种能力要求的问卷发出30份，成功收回27份。进而，提出并分析了包括我校开发的研究生医学英语的一些有效的教学方法。
2.结果
2.1.中医院校硕士研究生英语的教学内容

表1揭示，医学院校硕士研究生需要的是医学英语而不是科普医学英语更不是公共英语。专业英语可以由西医英语基础、中医英语基础、临床与科研英语三门课程来完成。
对硕士研究生听说读写译五种能力要求的研究，我们首先通过开放式调查问卷的方法，受调查者中70%以上的人建议五种能力的具体要求要基于实际工作需求，不分层次，这是因为无论学生目前的英语怎样，实际工作中对工作者的要求是一样的。进而根据开放式问卷结果的提示，对硕士研究生五种能力的要求进行了封闭式问卷考察，80%以上的人的建议如表2所示.

2.2. 中医院校硕士研究生专业英语教学方法
课题组总结和开发出了很多教学方法，期中最为有效的方法包括板块教学法[1]、以词素为中心教学法（西医英语）、以单词为中心教学法[1]（中医英语）、思维导图法[1]、角色扮演法和学生讲座法等。
板块教学法即西医英语以人体九大解剖系统为板块、内容涵盖系统解剖、生理病理、疾病及其诊治等；中医英语以中医各学科内容为板块，即以中医基础理论、诊断学、针灸学、中药学、方剂学、临床各科疾病及其治疗等为板块顺序教学。学习医学英语术语最好的方法是在上下文语境中理解它们[2]，以人体系统和中医内容为板块的学习可使词汇有更强的“归属”与“依附”，所学的医学英语可以和医学知识整合起来而实现“认知同化”。
西医术语是由词素组成的，以词素为中心的学习法即把教学重点放在学习记忆西医术语的前缀、词根和后缀上；中医术语是由单词组成的，以单词为中心的学习就是通过分析‘单词’这个构成中医术语的基本单位来学习记忆中医术语。常见的3到5千个西医术语是由5百余个词根、2百余个后缀和70余个前缀组成。掌握了这7百多个词素，就等于掌握了3到5千个长而难记的常用西医词汇。3600余个常见中医术语（长、难记）是由1400余个单词（短、容易记）组成的。可见词素为中心（西医）和单词为中心（中医）的教学会使医学英语的学习变得容易。
思维导图法即每学一章或一节、都要以思维导图的形式总结该节或该章所学的内容。并在思维导图的帮助下用书面和口语两种形式总结所学内容以训练写与说的输出能力。勾画思维导图所需要的关键词正是学生们需要记忆的医学术语[3]，因此勾画思维导图的过程也是记忆医学英语术语的过程。以这种方式学到的知识可自然地整合与大脑原有知识库中，易于长期记忆的建立。思维导图之所以有如此的显著效果是因为思维导图的放射模式正和人类大脑的自然思考方式相一致[4]。
角色扮演即在设定的医学活动中扮演不同的角色。通过角色扮演，学生能把所学的语言知识和医学知识整合到一起进行输出。角色扮演作为一种教学方法和手段，其作用就是将学生置身于各种不同的语言环境中来激发他们的想象，让他们自由地用语言表达思想[5]，在实际语言中锻炼自己。
学生讲座法使学生转换角色充当教师，相当于登台讲课。学生从中可以发现自己的不足而努力弥补，从而发掘学生的主动学习兴趣。这样，既帮助记忆术语又锻炼口语表达能力。
3. 结论
我们要根据学生毕业后工作的需求来设计教学。因而中医院校硕士研究生应该讲授医学英语，应该讲授中医英语基础、西医英语基础、临床和科研英语。西医以人体解剖系统为板块、以构成常见西医术语的词素为中心，中医以内容为板块、以构成常见中医术语的单词为中心的教学可使医学英语的学习变得容易。思维导图、角色扮演以及学生讲座三种教学法不仅会加强术语的长期记忆效果而且能特别提高学生们的写与说的输出能力，这三种方法属于任务型教学法范畴，是在完成任务的过程与环境中学习，学习主动性强，兴趣高，学习印象深刻，在我国学生写与说能力差的今天尤其适用。

各民族的语言中都有丰富多彩的成语，它们是人们在多年的习惯使用中提炼出来的固定词组或定型语句，言简意赅地表现了多种多样的社会关系和生活经验。成语的生动形象和恰当的比喻，常引申出比字面意思更为深刻的涵义，并引起丰富的联想。成语不仅在文艺作品中广泛为各个时代的作家、诗人和思想家们所引用，而且在政治、科技、文体和日常口语中也使用得很普遍。
在英语灿若群星的成语宝藏中，典故性成语或者源于神话传说，或者出自文献名著，或者反映历史事件。外国文学作品中典故很多，如果我们不知道其来历和出处，往往很难理解原文的含义。
在教学过程中，我们也经常会遇到有关成语的问题。无论是在阅读理解还是听力方面以及答题都会涉及这一问题，也就是说成语的问题渗透到英语学习的方方面面。下面一例是学生在答题时碰到的成语问题：

在过去的教学中，由于不了解bell the cat这个典故性成语，所以只按字面意思把寓言故事讲解了，没有挖掘寓言故事要说明的深刻含义。寓言讲的是：一群老鼠在鼠洞里举行会议，讨论如何对付凶狠的猫。白胡须老鼠提出：“我有个办法，在猫的脖子上挂一个铃，这样，猫一走动铃就响，我们就可闻铃声而逃避了。”群鼠一致同意这个建议，欢呼：“Thatsa capital idea. We will bell the cat！ No more fear of thecat！”（这是一个极好的主意，咱们在猫脖子上挂铃吧！再也不怕猫了！）但是，谁去给猫挂铃呢？没有一只老鼠敢去，一个个都溜掉了。老鼠会议毫无结果，它们不安全的境况当然也毫无改善。当时只当它是个普通的寓言故事，并未多想，后来在一次偶然的机会里看到了bell the cat是个典故性成语，寄寓的意思是：遇到困难的问题时，既需要有出谋献策的人，更需要有挺身而出的实干家。引申为在危险中挺身而出；为别人的利益而冒险；为救他人而做危险的事等意思。这下我才对这个成语有了深刻的认识，才意识到在讲解时还差画龙点睛的一笔，只有对它有了深刻的认识，才能在理解和翻译时做到符合原文的蕴意。例如：
Everybody made suggestions，but no one actually offeredto bell the cat.每人都提建议，但没有人承担这个危险的任务，有了这次的经验教训，便足以让我认识到英语中典故性成语的重要，并在日常教学中不断积累资料。
下面再举两个在口语或教学中遇到的典故性成语：
1.crocodile tears-鳄鱼的眼泪；假慈悲；假哭；这个成语源自鳄鱼独特的生活习性。鳄鱼是一种喜温怕寒的食肉类爬行动物，以凶残阴险、善于伪装著称，非洲人视之为水中恶霸。鳄鱼在吞食牺牲品时，它那双蓝灰色的眼睛里常会挤出几滴眼泪。据说鳄鱼的泪腺同它的消化腺有某种关联，所以吃东西时就掉眼泪，这是一种生理现象。由于鳄鱼贪婪凶残、形象可怖，人们对它们十分憎恶，所以非洲人民总是把阴险残暴的敌人比做鳄鱼。因此，在英语中保留下来crococlile tears的形象比喻，用以表示假装的悲痛；伪善的眼泪；假惺惺的泪水之意。如：Dont think that she really feelssorry. 演讲虽然是以演讲者说、观众听为形式，但并不是一种单向的语言信息传输。它要求演讲者能够把自己的观点有效地传递给听众，并能得到听众的接纳和反馈，是一种双向甚至多向的沟通。而英语演讲更是跨文化的信息传递，演讲者更需要根据场合和观众来调整演讲策略与技巧。影响英语演讲成功的因素也是多方面的，除了英语语言基础，还需要演讲者承认并且尊重文化差异与文化多样性，更重要的是需要有良好的跨文化思辨能力架起英语演讲这座沟通的桥梁，能够从不同角度思考并解决问题，包括如何选题立意、分析听众，适应客观环境，系统、深入、连贯地表达自己的意见等。成功的英语演讲者应具备批判地接收不同文化背景的人们的观点，以及有效地与之交际的能力。因此，在英语演讲课中培养跨文化思辨能力有迫切的必要性。
二、思辨能力在英语演讲交流中的重要性
《大学英语课程教学要求》规定学生要能在工作和社会交往中运用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流。但往往实际情况是，学生在讨论、辩论、说理或发问时，常常感到头脑里空白一片，说不出任何新意，缺乏思想深度和说理力度，也难以有逻辑地表达思想。学生一般能够完成日常会话，但针对某个问题进行稍微深入探讨时，就很难有效、有序地表达思想。这种因缺乏分析、综合、判断、推理、思考和辨析能力而造成的现象就是“思辨缺乏”现象（黄源生，1998：19）。
探究其中的缘由，不难发现学习者在浅层次上的会话和交谈中比较容易得到满足，而对于深层次的谈话，连续的发言就很少进行训练，其思辨能力的广度和深度都没有得到锻炼。限制了学生深入开展话题讨论和辩论，学生的思辨能力和语言运用能力都难以在活动中得到质的突破与提高。根据思辨能力在演讲中的重要性，毋庸置疑， 应该加强学习者跨文化思辨能力的培养， 使得他们的思维水平向更深层次进行发展，才能在演讲这一以内容、逻辑、可信度为基础的交流中实现最大的效率。从表达的广度和深度方面提高学生的英语思辨能力已成为英语演讲教学的一个关键组成部分。
语言能力包括听、说、读、写几项基本技能。演讲主要是看“说”得好坏， 而听得是否准确、写得是否漂亮、读得是否广博又是“ 说”的基础（高一虹， 1999：6-9）。乔姆斯基等著名学者都曾定义或解析过语言能力这一概念，不过其重点主要集中在对语言的表层结构的掌握和基本交际规则的使用上。对于语言的理解、分析、整合能力是除了表层的语言技能和交际能力之外的一种能力，即语言的思辨能力。思辨能力在成功进行比较复杂的语言活动或语篇理解，如作文、翻译、演讲、谈判、辩论中时，体现出了更深、更广的意义。在比较复杂的跨文化语言活动中，特别需要语言使用者具备跨文化的思辨能力，才能对所接收的信息进行整理、分析和评价；并在此基础上将不同文化的信息进行融合和贯通，从而扩展和丰富自我。只有具备了这样跨文化的思辨能力，才能正确地理解文化差异，评价文化不同，并且富有创造力地使用知识、整合思想、把握关键，从而在跨文化的语境下达到成功交流的目的。
思辨能力就是对问题的分析、理解、判断和解决能力。人们运用它对于已有的知识和信息进行剖析、联想、理解并且进行无限的创造性发挥。它甚至不是“学习”而来， 而是“修炼”而成。课堂教学能最有效地教给学生的是语言能力。思辨能力的培养则是一个复杂的过程，我们需将思辨能力的培养渗透于具体知识和技能的传授和习练过程中，通过不断的反思和创造才能提高语言的能力。
三、演讲中跨文化思辨能力的培养
Spitzberg曾对跨文化交际能力作了如下定义： 跨文化交际能力从本质上来说是“在特定环境下能够做出合适有效行为一种能力（Spitzberg， 2007：136）。Young Yun Kim 对“特定环境”做出了较为明确具体的说明，即跨文化交际能力是个人在处理跨文化交际关键问题时所体现的内在综合能力，而这里所提及的跨文化交际关键问题具体指文化差异性、文化陌生感、群际情形以及伴随压力等由跨文化交际带来的不适与问题（Gudykunst & Kim， 1988：207） 。可以看出，面对来自不同文化的人们进行交流， 能够自然、得体、恰当地扮演跨文化的角色，并且有效地解决、 应对各种问题，达到与不同文化的人们进行有效交流的目的，这是跨文化交际能力的体现。在英语演讲这一跨文化语境中，要利用思辨能力，把跨文化交际的能力融入演讲的实践中去，寻找通过提高跨文化交际能力来提高跨文化思辨能力的途径与方法。
（一）培养积极的交际动机，提高演讲思辨能力
演讲是一种双向或多向的复杂沟通方式。优秀的演讲者必须具备良好的沟通能力。沟通能力中的沟通动机是达到有效交流的基础。跨文化环境中要以积极的态度去面对沟通中的问题，实现有效的交流。这就是跨文化中的积极动机，是非常重要的第一步。跨文化交际沟通中有两个方面：消极动机和积极动机（Spitzberg， 2007：194）。要培养跨文化思辨能力，首先要排除消极的动机，以积极的动机准备并发表一场演说，才能激发和培养跨文化的思辨能力。紧张、怯场、缺乏信心是与演讲相关的消极动机。如果对英语演讲抱有消极的动机，会影响思辨能力的发挥。因此，培养对英语演讲的积极动机，是迈向成功跨文化思辨的第一步。只有自然、大方、机智、优雅、从容、得体、淡定，并能与观众进行平等的跨文化交流，才能够有效地发挥思辨能力，将待表达的内容娓娓道来、引人入胜，最后达到成功进行跨文化交流的目的。
（二）通过跨文化思维训练提高思辨能力
良好的母语修养是跨文化交流的基础。同时，也才能充分认知和尊重外国文化，具备跨文化交流的基础。传统意义上讲，中国文化崇尚厚重、含蓄、内敛、谨慎、笃实等品质，强调语言的意合。而西方文化自中世纪起更侧重哲学、思辨、逻辑、语法、修辞、雄辩等技能，强调语言的形合（毕继万，1999：24）。在培养跨文化思辨能力的过程中应该提供有效材料，激发学习兴趣、规范训练内容，最大优化地培养学生的跨文化思维能力。在基本的语言技能的基础上，英语演讲能力培养的重点在提升文化内涵和跨文化的吸引力上。不同语言的形态、语法、句法、语篇和语用规则也存在差别。在这个过程中，要通过培养思辨能力，提高演讲的逻辑性以及跨文化接收度和说服力。

Now it is a vibrant modern financial and businezone， full of highrise buildings. Over fifty years ago， I was in Shanghai attending university. At that time， I had a deep sense of the poverty， backwardneand feebleneof the old China. It was then that I decided to devote myself to the noble task of building an independent， free， democratic， unified， rich and powerful New China， and I have been struggling for that to this very day. Fourteen years ago， I became mayor of Shanghai and experienced the proceof reform， opening-up and modernization in this， China's biggest city. I'm sure that all of you have seen with your own eyes the constant and unceasing transformation of Shanghai. The growth of Shanghai is one reflection of the enormous changes taking place in China.
In the first 50 years of the 20th century， the Chinese people made unflagging efforts to change the tragic fate that had been theirs ever since the Opium War. After arduous and valiant struggle， they finally ended their semi-colonial and semi-feudal history， won independence for the nation and freedom for the people， and founded the People's Republic of China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.
In the latter half of the 20th century， relying on their own efforts， the Chinese people went all out to make their country strong， and began socialist construction. On the poor and deprived foundation of old China， they built a relatively complete industrial structure and national economic framework， raising the levels of their cultural and material lives significantly. China started marching forward steadily toward prosperity. Now， the Chinese people are confidently taking the road to the future， the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics pioneered by Comrade Deng Xiaoping. These historic initiatives of the Chinese people have fundamentally transformed the tragic fate of modern China， and they are also great contributions made by the Chinese
people to the cause of human progress.
At this moment in time， when we are about to step into the 21st century and look ahead at the prospects for the next 50 years， we are filled with confidence. The Chinese people will firmly and unswervingly follow the path of reform and opening-up. The Chinese people have always respected the dignity and worth of human beings. The Communist Party of China led the people in revolution， construction and reform for the very purpose of realizing freedom， democracy and human rights for all the people of China. The great vitality displayed nowadays in China vividly demonstrates the tremendous space that the Chinese people have to freely and democratically exercise their creativity. The Chinese people have always loved freedom and peace. The Chinese people have suffered greatly from wars and invasions in modern times， and they feel deeply how precious peace is. we are opposed to that theory. socialism, which is perfectly clear and unmistakable, says the thing you have got to take care of is your distribution. we have to begin with that, and private property, if it stands in the way of good distribution, has got to go.

i think she would have called family members and a few close friends. she might have called a few former friends to apologize, and mend fences for past squabbles. i like to think she would have gone out for a chinese dinner, her favorite food. im guessing. ill never know.
its those little things left undone that would make me angry if i knew that my hours were limited. angry because i put off seeing good friends whom i was going to get in touch with someday. angry because i hadnt written certain letters that i intended to write one of these days. angry and sorry that i didnt tell my husband and daughter often enough how much i truly love them.
